We process and ship all orders all week, with the exception of Fridays. Our shipping timeline is 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Returns are only valid when the reason of return is any of the below: Receiving wrong item, Defective item, Used item. To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
