How to use: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry lashes and brows once daily.

Returns are only valid when the reason of return is any of the below: Receiving wrong item, Defective item, Used item. To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
